Below you will find the policies that you should keep in mind, in case you need to initiate an exchange, withdrawal or guarantee process.


30 days for manufacturing defects for immediate exchange or money back within 5 days after receipt of the product under the following conditions:

The products must be in perfect condition (complete, with the labels, labels still on and in their original packaging).

For hygiene reasons we do not accept exchanges or returns of panties, except when factory defects have been identified.

We reserve the right to accept exchanges and returns.

CONDITION: That the product has its box, packaging, accessories and invoice or equivalent document and that it is within the warranty period offered.

FREIGHT: The cost of transportation from where the product is to the destination will be assumed by the seller as well as the return of the product to the customer.

TIME TO GIVE AN ANSWER TO THE PROCESS: The time established by law to respond to the request for the warranty procedure is 30 business days from the receipt of the product on the site defined by the seller.

TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT IN THE GUARANTEE PROCESS: The fact of starting the guarantee process does not imply the acceptance of the same, it will be subject to a technical review stating that there is no cause for rejection.


In case the guarantee is accepted, what the law stipulates is the following:

1. The term of the guarantee will be suspended while the consumer is deprived of the use of the product.

2. Only if the good does not admit of an arrangement, will it be replaced, initially by an equal one, in the event that it is not possible, by another of the same kind, similar characteristics or technical specifications or finally the reimbursement of the value of the product.

In the event that the guarantee is rejected:

1. The technical opinion and the reasons for rejection will be notified in writing.

Changes and Retractions:

If once you have received the product you want to change it or withdraw it, you can do so as long as you comply with the following:

VALIDITY: This procedure can only be carried out during the first 5 business days following receipt of the package.

CONDITION: It is essential that the integrity of the product is guaranteed; The exchange or retraction process can only be initiated when the products do not show traces of having been used, have intact labels, are in an impeccable state of cleanliness and the box and accessories are in perfect condition.

FREIGHT: The costs of freight and insurance will be borne by the seller and the packaging must guarantee that the product is received in perfect condition. It will be the responsibility of the buyer to take the pertinent measures so that the product, including its box, does not suffer damage in transport.
